Note to Buyers: Interest rates are low. In a perfect world you would be preapproved for a loan before viewing homes . If not preapproved, your offer will likely be set aside until the seller see's proof you are able to get the financing.. Contingent offers:there are fewer sellers who will take their home off the market for buyers while they try and sell their home. Buyers Agents, such as ourselves, are not paid for our time. We will however show homes to buyers who are not yet prequalified and preapproved. All we ask is an appointment with you to discuss your plans with us in advance of viewing homes.
